"The tools I have found to be most effective for rapid change are:
Body/mind tools and mindfulness practices
Balanced approach to diet and cleansing
Spiritual principles applicable to practical life
The Law of Attraction
These practices are deeply nourishing to body, mind and spirit. In my retreats and coaching services, one learns these life skills and becomes empowered as their own healer/navigator. "
"Alison, you have no idea how much you helped my life. I learned many life changing practices to implement (eating healthy, mindfulness, chewing properly, eliminating coffee and other toxins) so I can improve my health and wellbeing dramatically. This the best course, seminar, or coaching education I have ever had. " M.M. March 2015

"I just wanted to tell you how immeasurably grateful I am to you, Alison. Before the cleanse, I felt as though my life was spinning out of my control and you helped me reclaim my power. You truly change lives and you certainly have mine. With all my deepest thanks.
I feel empowered and ready for a major change with, as you say, keeping in mind ease and grace. Thank you for all that you do. It was one of the most important weeks of my life." L.B. July 2013
"Thank you, Alison, for such a great cleanse program and supportive experience! All the careful thought, nutritional expertise and warmth you put into the program was much appreciated. I feel not so much like a "new person," but like "myself"--which is infinitely better. Everyone at work says I look 10 years younger!" R.J. April 2012
